Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions in a bowl until well combined.
- Place a small spoonful of mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten edges with water and fold to seal, forming a triangle or raven shape.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry wontons in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce.

- You can freeze uncooked wontons for later frying.
