- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix corn, cheddar, mayonnaise, sour cream, and taco seasoning in a bowl until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Sprinkle crushed tortilla chips over the top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm with chips or vegetables.

- For extra spice, add chopped jalapeños or hot sauce.
