- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced in half horizontally
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce ( adjust to taste )
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Set up a breading station: place flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs in separate shallow bowls.
- Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper into the panko.
- Dredge each chicken piece in flour, then dip in eggs, and coat well with panko mixture.
- Arrange chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, whisk together honey, hot sauce, and soy sauce to make the glaze.
- Brush the baked chicken with the hot honey glaze and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.

- Adjust hot sauce quantity to control spiciness.
- Serve with steamed rice or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
