  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce ( adjust to taste )
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Set up a breading station: place flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs in separate shallow bowls.
  3. Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper into the panko.
  4. Dredge each chicken piece in flour, then dip in eggs, and coat well with panko mixture.
  5. Arrange chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  6. Meanwhile, whisk together honey, hot sauce, and soy sauce to make the glaze.
