Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • Cooked rice or quinoa

Instructions

  1. Season salmon pieces with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry salmon until crispy and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  4. Serve salmon bites over rice, drizzled with sauce and garnished with fresh vegetables.
