- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp honey
- Baby carrots, sliced cucumbers, and radishes for serving
- Cooked rice or quinoa
Instructions
- Season salmon pieces with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry salmon until crispy and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey to make the Bang Bang sauce.
- Serve salmon bites over rice, drizzled with sauce and garnished with fresh vegetables.
Notes
- You can bake the salmon at 400°F for 12-15 minutes if preferred.
- Adjust spice level by varying sriracha and chili sauce quantities.
