Instructions
- In a pitcher, muddle the mint leaves gently to release their aroma.
- Add blood orange juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and rum. Stir well.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mixture over them.
- Top off with soda water and gently stir.
- Garnish each glass with a blood orange slice and a sprig of mint before serving.
