- 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Divide biscuit dough into small balls. Flatten each, place a teaspoon of mozzarella and parmesan cheese inside, and pinch to seal.
- Brush bombs with garlic butter mixture and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

- Ensure cheese is well sealed inside to prevent leakage during baking.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
