- 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
- 2 cups prepared stuffing
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 egg, beaten

- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chopped turkey, cranberries, stuffing, and egg. Mix well.
- Add salt, pepper, thyme, and cheese if using. Form mixture into small balls.
- Place balls on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
- Serve warm with additional cranberry sauce or dipping sauces.
Notes
- For a gluten-free version, replace stuffing with gluten-free bread cubes.
- Feel free to add chopped nuts or herbs for extra flavor.
