- 8 oz spaghetti or pasta of choice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cooked chicken to the skillet, warming through.
- Stir in ranch dressing, shredded cheese, and Parmesan until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta, bacon crumbles, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
- You can substitute turkey bacon for regular bacon for a healthier option.
- For a creamier sauce, add a splash of milk or cream.
- Best served fresh, but leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
