Instructions
- Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Combine cooked pasta with sauce, toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
