Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blanch green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mushroom soup, sour cream, cheese, and garlic powder.
- Fold green beans into the creamy mixture and transfer to a baking dish.
- Top generously with crispy fried onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
- You can substitute fried onions with toasted breadcrumbs for a different crunch.
- Use fresh green beans for the best flavor, but frozen work too.
