- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer, scraping up browned bits.
- Add sliced pepperoncini peppers and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or fewer pepperoncini peppers.
- Serve with crusty bread or over rice for a complete meal.
