  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs, sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 2 tbsp chili oil

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce, bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and chili oil, cook until heated through.
  6. Divide cooked noodles into bowls and ladle hot broth with chicken over noodles.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
