- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp chili oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
- Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce, bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and chili oil, cook until heated through.
- Divide cooked noodles into bowls and ladle hot broth with chicken over noodles.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra spice, add more chili oil or red pepper flakes.
- Use fresh noodles for the best texture.
