Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and cook until slightly thickened.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce, toss well, and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
