Instructions
- Steam or roast cauliflower florets until tender.
- In a saucepan, melt vegan butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in coconut milk, stir, and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Mix in cauliflower, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
- Use medium-sized cauliflower for even cooking.
