Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Place a spoonful of chicken mixture and a sprinkle of cheese on each tortilla, then roll tightly.
- Spray the taquitos lightly with cooking spray and place them seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway, until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dips.
