Instructions
- Mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring even coating.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place coated cauliflower in the basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- In a bowl, toss the cooked cauliflower with buffalo sauce and melted butter.
- Serve hot with blue cheese dressing, celery sticks, and chopped herbs.
