  • 1/2 cup (60 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 cup (100 g) panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp (15 g) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). In a shallow dish, combine panko breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place flour in a separate dish and beaten egg in another. Dip each mushroom in flour, then egg, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
