Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, soy sauce, and maple syrup.
- In a separate plate, mix panko breadcrumbs, sesame seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy, shaking halfway through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- For extra crunch, double coat the cauliflower in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Use gluten-free panko if needed.
