Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Add cold butter and cut in with a pastry cutter until crumbly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk egg and vanilla, then add to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets and sprinkle with the crumble topping.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
