Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter to form the crust. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition.
- Stir in cooled brown butter until evenly combined.
- Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 50-55 minutes until set.
- Cool in the pan, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
