- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 8 ounces Brie cheese, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- In a small saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, and honey. Cook over medium heat until cranberries burst and sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Spread cranberry sauce over each chicken breast and top with Brie slices.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve hot with your favorite sides.
