Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out puff pastry on parchment paper.
- Spread Dijon mustard over the pastry.
- Layer ham slices and grated cheese on top.
- Fold or fold over the pastry edges, crimping to seal.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and flaky.
- Fry eggs sunny side up in a skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Place baked pastry on plates, top with fried eggs, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
