- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup strawberry preserves
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil, then add flour and stir until dough forms.
- Remove from heat and beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
- Spoon dough onto baking sheet lined with parchment and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in strawberry preserves into whipped cream.
- Slice cream puffs and fill with strawberry cream.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries and dust with powdered sugar.
