Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup strawberry preserves
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil, then add flour and stir until dough forms.
  2. Remove from heat and beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
  3. Spoon dough onto baking sheet lined with parchment and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  4. Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold in strawberry preserves into whipped cream.
  6. Slice cream puffs and fill with strawberry cream.
  7. Garnish with fresh strawberries and dust with powdered sugar.
