- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Pour over crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Let cool.
- Warm caramel sauce and pour over cooled cheesecake. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over caramel.
- Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
