  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in blueberries.
  5. In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Pour half the batter into the loaf pan, spread cream cheese mixture, then top with remaining batter.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
