Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread cooked broccoli evenly over the pastry, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Roll the pastry tightly from the long side to form a log.
- Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve warm.
