Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form into 1-inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
