- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form into 1-inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- In a small saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, honey, and soy sauce. Heat until smooth.
- Transfer baked meatballs to a serving dish and pour the cranberry glaze over them. Serve warm.
Notes
- For a tangier flavor, add a splash of balsamic vinegar to the cranberry sauce.
- Can be prepared the night before and reheated before serving.
