- 1 lb cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add shredded chicken, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the crockpot.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stir well.
- Cook on low for 4 hours or until heated through.
- Add tortellini and spinach, cook on high for an additional 30 minutes or until tortellini is tender.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with extra Parmesan and fresh basil if desired.
