- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- While grilling, prepare the avocado slices and cherry tomatoes.
- Once cooked, transfer chicken to a serving plate, top with avocado slices and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken with lemon juice and herbs for 30 minutes before grilling.
- You can add a pinch of chili flakes for some heat.
