Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear beef bites until browned. Transfer to slow cooker.
- Add minced garlic, butter, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until tender and flavorful.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
