Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced tomatoes, vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Spread cooked rice or pasta in a baking dish.
- Layer the beef mixture over the rice or pasta.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
