Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain excess fat.
- Mix cooked beef with diced potatoes, onions, bell peppers, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
