- 2 cups pecans
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
- In a large bowl, toss pecans with melted butter and vanilla, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture, tossing to coat evenly.
- Spread pecans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until fragrant and crispy.
- Allow to cool completely before storing or gifting.
Notes
- For a spiced variation, add a pinch of nutmeg or cayenne pepper.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
