Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix honey, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme in a bowl.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the beef roast.
  4. Place roast in a roasting pan and bake for about 1.5 hours, basting with honey glaze every 30 minutes.
