- 3 lb beef roast (sirloin or similar)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Fresh rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix honey, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme in a bowl.
- Rub the mixture all over the beef roast.
- Place roast in a roasting pan and bake for about 1.5 hours, basting with honey glaze every 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve.
Notes
- Ensure the internal temperature reaches 135°F for medium rare.
- You can add vegetables around the roast for a complete meal.
