Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear beef strips until browned, then transfer to the slow cooker.
- Add sliced peppers, onions, and garlic to the slow cooker.
- Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and beef broth; pour over the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Optional: Mix cornstarch with a little cold water and stir into the cooking liquid; cook on high for 15 minutes to thicken sauce.
