- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs, cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger to make the sauce.
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook for another 2-3 minutes until glazed.

- Adjust honey for sweeter glaze.
- Serve with steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
