- 1 package mini tortillas
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Ranch dressing for topping
- Jalapenos, sliced (optional)
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Cut mini tortillas into bite-sized pieces or use as-is.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water according to package instructions. Simmer until thickened.
- Spread tortilla pieces on the baking sheet. Layer cooked beef and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and crispy edges form.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with ranch dressing, and garnish with jalapenos and cilantro. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust spice level with more or less jalapenos.
- For a healthier option, use turkey or chicken instead of beef.
