  • 1 package mini tortillas
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Ranch dressing for topping
  • Jalapenos, sliced (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Cut mini tortillas into bite-sized pieces or use as-is.
  3. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add taco seasoning and water according to package instructions. Simmer until thickened.
  5. Spread tortilla pieces on the baking sheet. Layer cooked beef and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and crispy edges form.
  7. Remove from oven, drizzle with ranch dressing, and garnish with jalapenos and cilantro. Serve immediately.
