Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- MIX soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl. Pour over cooked turkey and stir well to coat.
- Steam broccoli and carrots until tender.
- Serve the turkey mixture over bowls of rice, topped with steamed vegetables and sesame seeds for garnish.
