- 1 whole turkey (12-14 pounds)
- 2 cups collard greens, chopped
- 2 sweet potatoes, mashed
- 1/2 cup marshmallows
- 1 cup cornbread stuffing
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rub the turkey with salt, pepper, and paprika. Roast in oven until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), about 3 hours.
- Cook collard greens in boiling water until tender, then drain and set aside.
- Boil sweet potatoes until soft, mash, and top with marshmallows. Broil until marshmallows are golden.
- Serve the roasted turkey with greens and sweet potato casserole for a complete Southern holiday feast.

- Ensure turkey is fully thawed before roasting.
- For extra flavor, baste the turkey every 30 minutes.
