Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread cooked ground beef evenly over half of the pastry sheet.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef layer.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
- Cut into equal-sized croissants and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and flaky.
