- Salt and pepper to taste

- Lime wedges
- Cauliflower rice for serving
Instructions
- Season steak with chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook steak until desired doneness, then rest and slice thinly.
- In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and sauté peppers and onions until tender.
- Assemble by placing cauliflower rice in bowls, topping with sliced steak, sautéed peppers and onions, and garnishing with cilantro and lime.
