- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add broccoli and bell peppers to the skillet, stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly. Cook for another 2 minutes until heated through and glossy.
- Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

- You can substitute chicken with tofu or shrimp for variation.
