- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1/4 cup lime juice

- 1 teaspoon chili powder

- Fresh lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture over chicken breasts.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until chicken is tender.
- Shred chicken with two forks and stir in chopped cilantro.
- Serve hot with lime wedges and extra cilantro if desired.
