- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through.
- During the last 2 minutes, top with salsa verde and shredded pepper jack cheese, allowing the cheese to melt.
- Remove from grill, garnish with cilantro, and serve hot.
