- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
- Add spices, cook until fragrant.
- Stir in tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream, cook for 2 minutes, then garnish with cilantro.

- Serve with basmati rice or naan bread for a complete meal.
