- 4 large bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with onions and garlic until browned.
- Mix cooked beef with rice, tomato sauce, spices, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the peppers with the beef mixture and place in a baking dish.
- Top each pepper with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and peppers are tender.

Feel free to customize with different cheeses or add chopped vegetables for variety.
