- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or your choice)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken cubes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet, sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet, toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

- You can add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best taste.
