Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip zucchini fries into beaten egg, then coat evenly with breadcrumb mixture.
- Spray the fries lightly with cooking spray and arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
